PetroSys provides direct Manufacturer's support through our Maintenance agent agreements. The cost to the customer is the same as if contracted directly with the manufacturer yet the overall cost to produce a solution is often lower. As an agent for our vendors we have become adept at helping a customer select the appropriate level of coverage for each platform and component offered. This expertise is especially leveraged when PetroSys is engaged at the solutions design stage.
The levels of Maintenance typically range from:
- Full time on-site support
- 24 x 7 with varying response time guarantees
- Normal business hour support 8 x 5
- Customized plans which leverage the customers in house staff
